I bought a used IPhone 4s here and the battery was hardly functional. When I noticed that the battery was draining unreasonably fast, I took it to the Apple store and they couldn't replace the battery, since the phone itself was also damaged, but they gave me a new phone completely. It may sound good because I got a new phone out of all this, but it's not. I got lucky. Who knew Apple would be that generous? I'm confident that the battery issue was a known fact by the shop owner, as you should have an extensive knowledge of technology. I even specifically asked if the battery was fine before purchasing and was told that it was. Not the right thing to do...
