The worst. Fair warning, stay away. The owner is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know how to do business. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. In response to their nonsense; Ofcourse I was upset. They literally stole $50 from me. They sent a technician 10 minutes up the road to my residence(powerline and Hillsboro). They said they’d come the same day but yet he came the next day. Which was fine but he reassured me someone would be there the same day as long as I made a deposit. No where in that conversation did he mention him coming to merely just do measurements that it would cost me $50. The reason he spent an hour at my residence is because he spent 45+ minutes trying to sell me on him doing my renovations instead of my current contractor. He kept referencing the inspection protocol to keep selling me on hiring him to do any future projects including my shower glass. He asked me directly why I didn’t show them a picture of my bathroom as is. If I did they would have told me that he couldn’t come by to measure. The ironic aspect is that not only did I show his saleswoman Cynthia (who is very nice) I showed the owner (who is the one who doesn’t know how to do business and clearly doesn’t know his own) and they still sent someone out. The technician himself even stated to me that the owner doesn’t know what he’s doing because if he did he would have never sent him to my property. It’s unfortunate that they call themselves a business when they decide to take money which is basically food off my family’s table for their mistake not mine. I made a deposit for a slab that wasn’t altered in anyway by me, it never even left their business and yet they charged me $50 merely because I didn’t want to go with their product. Especially being that I came in for one color and I allowed them to coerce me into a completely different color. I asked him more than 3x for a specific color and he kept mentioning others. STAY WAY. There’s better companies out there. THE SHAME IS ON THEM for stealing money from their customers.
