Website says there were 8 of the item I needed. I couldn't find it. I asked 3 employees and all I got was I don't know. You can't walk through this store without tripping over an employee, but no one wants to help. Finally got a red faced guy named Jose to help after he walked by me 3 times. Had to stand in front of him to get him to help. He looked at my phone to see the item's location and he couldn't find it either. He said it must be my phone that's the problem because it couldn't be the website. What an idiot. Went to Harbor freight and was in and out in 5 minutes and saved some money to boot. The quality may be less, but I am only going to use this tool once.
