This H&R block location has no respect for it's customers and terrible customer service. I have used H&R block in Orlando and had an excellent experience however, when I came to the 4th street location in St. Petersburg, I was very disappointed by the service I received. At this location, I worked with Carlos on my taxes, for the most part he was pleasant; however, I wasn't quite satisfied that the company utilized all of the correct resources to process my tax return so I advised them that I would be filing at another location. When I did this, Paulette, another worker there raised her voice at me and told me that I would have "bad Karma" for using another company. She also stated that she hoped that I got audited and that my taxes would be done incorrectly. Instead of asking me what they could do to keep my service, she decided to revert to attempting to insult me. I realized at that moment why the office didn't have any customers in it. Based on this experience I will no longer recommend any H&R block location to anyone because the company apparently does not care about their customers. This was a laughable, yet sad experience because it makes the company look bad by hiring such ignorant assholes like Paulette.
