H&R Block

Staff is rude.. I followed up on my taxes and they said they didn't know how my returns got where they were and they were misplaced.... A month later i followed up and still have not started nobody calls u back.. I dont post reviews ever but this particular hr block is by far the saddest excuse for customer service i have ever seen... Ive used hr block for ywara but will never return to thwm for taxes bwcauae of the horrible experience i had at the royal palm store
