I've never had so much fun furniture shopping! The store has a great selection so I found everything I needed in one place. (Leather sofas, and mattresses). Working with Emily was a pleasure, and since she was training at the time I got to meet a number of the associates. Great bunch of people, wearing the best socks in town. (Dan wins hands down).
The sales experience was fine, but the product is poor. We purchase a Natuzzi product which we have in the past and it was wonderful, but they must make a bottom grade for this store. We will never buy anything from Hudson's again. After 1 month, the "headrests" which move got stuck in the forward position. After 6 months, the seating sagged. At one year the motion recliner makes terrible noise. After 1.5 years (which is where we are at now, we can feel the bars in the seating.) We purchased the 5 year extended warranty, but it doesn't cover the seating, and the recliner still works. We are stuck with a terribly inferior product we paid good money for. The only reason I gave it two stars was because of the sales experience.
