Hungry Howie's Pizza

My bill was $15.70 which included food, tax and delivery charge. When the transaction posted to my account, I was charged $19.90. Granted, I did NOT put a tip amount on the receipt and to make it clear I put a zero on the tip line. Called the facility as soon as I saw the error and explained. Said to call back next day after 5pm to speak with manager. When I was able to call back the guy worker on the phone said manager was too busy to review the issue so call back this same day at a later time to talk to the supervisor. Ridiculous!!! Apparently this facility is not too busy to take your money, but too busy to assist in times of their error. What makes me more annoyed is I gave the tip in cash directly to the driver. I'm not impressed!!!

Drive thru window is very convenient. Food is always ready within pick up time frame. Cashiers are very friendly and helpful.
