Absolutely recommend! I'm picky about hiring services- especially when it comes to price and communication- and will go to ICR Services now every time. Super easy to work with, accommodating, and straightforward. Technician took the time to listened to what I had to say and answer my questions. He was very willing to work with my schedule and replaced my furnace promptly. Very reasonably priced! Service call costs are a little less than all the others l checked and repair/installation costs are substantially less. was only charged for the work that remedied the problem(a replacement valve I had them install was not the solution and I was not charged for the part or labor). Final cost was exactly as quoted, even when they replaced the thermostat, which was not part of the installation. New system works well and l no longer have to spend time shopping for this kind of service when needed! Win/Win!
