I have placed orders with iiR and found it easy to get help during the ordering process but that is where the customer service ends. I had to return two items purchased both were returned unopened and in their original packaging. In each case I had to follow up on my request for RMA to get authorization for return. One of them took eight days just to get the authorization for return. It has been two weeks since iiR received the first returned item (UPS tracking confirmed receipt) and still no refund. Best part is I am not getting responses to my email quarries and iiR charges a 15% restocking fee. FYI one return was because the item was received too late for install. Bottom line if you are absolutely positive about what you are ordering, condition you will receive it and do not need any customer service after ordering you can find it here for a good price. Just don't plan on getting any customer service with or after your order.
