Independent Plumbing of Florida Inc

I called this company after they were recommended by a contractor who uses them. I asked to schedule a time that someone could come provide me with a quote. I was told that only the 2 owners do the quotes and that they will just "stop by" if and when they are in the area, and that it should be within the next 2 weeks? Huh??? What are the odds that I will be home when they "stop by"? What kind of business operates this way? It's been well over a month now, and nobody ever "stopped by" or even called to follow up, and this is after I called them 3 times. Sorry guys, I don't do business with a company that treats me with that little respect.

Independent plumbing is amazing? Scott and Doug are so helpful and respectful. Michelle, the receptionist is so sweet and knowledgeable. I call her for any problems that we have on our rentals and she takes care of EVERYTHING!!!
