Indigo Homemade Ice Cream

I've wanted to try this place for a long time. It's in an area where the only ice cream or milkshakes for miles are all McDonald's or similar places. However, they have some terribly inconvenient hours and (and maybe it's just my luck [clearly also on them]) I've never once been able to try their food. Of the SIX times I've gone there, two times were before they opened and one time was on a Monday, when they're also not open. Ok, my fault for assuming... HOWEVER, there were two times within the last year where I arrived on a weekday (not Monday) 15 and 40 minutes after the opening time that was posted on the door and there was nobody to be seen. Then, just today, I went by at 8:50 and they were closed, lights off. I'm still giving 4 stars because I have a classmate and a golf partner who both rave about their food and service, so I don't want to mess up their average. If you want to try them, shoot for the middle of their hours of operation
