Looking for a car I only experienced two extremes so far: cheap small shady family owned businesses (with bad cars) and big brand ultra-professional car stores (with over priced cars). InstaCar was exactly the mix I was looking for. These guys just started to build up their medium-sized professional business and really care about their reputation. I could get the car inspected at a shop of my choice. Everything checked out as advertised yet they met me almost at my offer price. I'm new to the US and Edd took a lot of time to explain all the necessary steps / fees / required insurance options to me. Even after the deal was completed they quickly washed the car for me and I was offered a free 30 minute ride to the airport to drop off my rental car. Pleasant experience all over. Thanks a lot!
