I would not recommend this insurance agency. My prior insurance agent's company (who did a great job!) was bought out by this company and they turned it into a call center type operation with terrible customer service (the agent has no personal relationship with the customer) and little imagination or help in solving difficult problems that can arise. Be warned. Stay away!

This company has agents who are arrogant and incompetent. I don't know about personal insurance policies but if you are a company all I can say is I found a policy $3,000 less expensive with a higher rated company and features more tailored to my business. I used this company for quite a few years but decided to check around after rates kept increasing. I worked with one of their agents but he got upset at me because I had inquired with other insurance companies. The company I found on my own was not one he even knew about. Use them at your own risk.
