Islamorada Boats

This place is a dream killer. Found the boat of my dreams 97 Century sport cabin was looking for 1 year found the boat I have been looking for at Islamorada Boat spoke with Jen and Nate very accommodating. I did a few sea trials boat had a couple of issues they did the repairs. I understood this buying a 20 year old boat. Finally purchased the boat in August 2017 no problems said I would receive paper work in a few weeks due to registered with Coast Guard no problem. Hurricane Eirma comes and goes it’s now December still no title, I contact Jen states out of the country till the December 12 no problem. I contact after the 12th no reply on text, voice mail, and email starting to worry. Well make a long story shorter I found the owner of the boat we get together and contact Islamorada Boats. Well now she is responding to text and emails finally takes care of the loan on the boat after a week. I have tried to contact Islamorada Boats since to try obtain title no response. It is now February 2018 6 months since I purchased the boat and still don’t have a title and owner of the boat still hasn’t been paid the balance for them sell his boat. I have never filled out a review before but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else that deals with Islamorada Boats.

There's absolutely nothing bad to say about the team at Islamorada Boats! Great family owned business and incredible customer service. I am a professional fishing guide in Key West and have purchased a new Skeeter boat from them, as well as had them sell a previous boat of mine. My old boat was under contact in two weeks from pulling it on the lot! Can't beat that... I have taken my boat there for warranty work and general maintenance and everything was perfect and done in a timely fashion, as well as my boat being super clean after the work was complete. Feels good to be in great hands and having things done right the first time!
