I can't speak to their service on other islands, but their customs agent in Marsh Harbour, Bradley Reckley, is terrible to deal with. First, his office is at least a 30 dollar cab ride out of town. Second, he only accepts cash, no credit cards. He is slow to process packages, sometimes taking over a week to even notify you that they have arrived. He is rude when you ask about the progress, but most importantly, he has lost important paperwork that would have saved me significant customs duties, and after acknowledging his mistake still refused to make any adjustment to the totals. There are far too many other shipping companies serving the Abaco islands to deal with the type of incompetence shown here.
