"Sorry, buddy nothing we can do" and walk off. This was rudest experience I've even been apart of. I was an AT&T customer for ten years before testing the waters with Sprint. After I've decided that AT&T was the better service, I wanted to switch back.
I think I'll just keep Sprint.
