Jade Ocean Dry Cleaners

Worst cleaner service I have come across in a long time. I was using them because the location on Federal Highway is convenient to me. I am giving them one star because there is no lower rating. They cannot iron a shirt! I took two shirts in and when I picked them up the shirt collars were creased so I asked them to fix them (please see the atached pictures). I went in a second time and guess what? Yes.the collars were the same...I asked them to fix them one more time and went to pick them up today. The collars were not fixed and guess what? They wanted to charge me again fo the shirts, they said the owner told them because it was an old order and (and anything over three weeks is old!) That did it for me. I'm taking my business somewhere else. These people obviously don't care and the employees' attitude was the worst! If you still decide to use this cleaner, please make sure you check the clothes before you leave!
