The five stars in this case is genuine. I have been insured with State farm and worked with Javid's office for about 10 years at this point. The service has always been excellent but was recently put to the test after I was involved in a traffic accident. State Farm, as a company and Javid's team (a special thanks to Ashley), made the best of an unpleasant situation. I was particularly impressed with the way everything was handled so completely on their end. A rental car was set up for me, a claims adjuster was sent out quickly and everything was wrapped up in less time than I would have though possible.
