Customer service is completely lacking in this dated store. IF you decide to buy something, then the hunt is on to find a place to pay for it. I have found they have ONE location on each of the two levels to check out. Completely unacceptable! No wonder people would rather shop on line. However, I also need to address the sales are not really sales. Merchandise is marked way up to give a false sense of value when using coupons or rewards. My loyalty to this brand has diminished, and I get the impression JCP could care less.
