My child was seen here for almost a year. During that time, I became absolutely astonished at the incompetence of the doctors and the sheer and utter rudeness of the front desk staff. Towards the end of my child being a patient there, he came down with conjunctivitis which turned into a sinus infection. We were back and fourth to the doctor six times. Each time they merely prescribed antibiotics and barely examined him. I’m sure this is part of the reason he as sick for so long. When making the fourth visit appointment, the front desk staff hung up on me repeatedly. When I brought him for a fever, the nurse didn’t even take his temperature. Upon seeing a specialist, he mentioned any primary care physician should’ve been able to treat this understanding it didn’t require antibiotics because it is viral not bacterial. Highly encourage you to take your kids elsewhere, if for nothing other than the service is absolutely terrible and the doctors do not have a clue.
