I'm out of town and sent Mother's Day flowers to my mom. They arrived half dead and then they overcharged me on top of it. When I called to discuss it they hung up on me. This is after four years of doing business with them. Wow! One problem and you just hang up on me? Screw that! Disputing the charge with credit card company and now I'm out for a FULL refund not just an adjustment. I won't be going to them ever again!
