The review by a unknown complainant, indicates an attack review by a competitor or just a "for the fun of it." I have seen the quality of their work. It is excellent and can compete with the best of them. As a rank amateur, even I would not attempt to heat a piece of jewelry with opals or any or any other high risk component. They are not amateurs.

I brought my grandmother's vintage gold gorgeous stick pins to be made into rings and the owner handed me back a pile of scraps. He said when he heated them the seed pearls and opals crumbled. As a "master jeweler" he should have known that was going to happen before experimenting on my beautiful heirlooms. What an incompetent idiot!!!!!!!
