Terrible customer service! My friend is getting married in December and she has been trying to find the right suits for the groomsmen and groom. We (the bride, groom, a few groomsmen, and myself) went into this Jos. A. Bank on Sunday so that she could have them try on a few suits to get a feel for how they will look on the groom/groomsmen. First off, immediately upon entering the store my friend was treated rudely by Chris. She politely asked to look at some navy suits for her groom to try on. Chris responded by saying "not if you're just playing dress up." My friend informed him that she was there with the intention of hopefully purchasing suits if they found the right ones, not to play "dress up". So Chris begrudgingly went in search of some suit jackets for the groom to try on. The ones he picked weren't exactly what my friend was looking for, so she asked him if he had anything else in navy. He replied by saying, "Just come over to this part of the store and look because I'm getting tired." Needless to say, after so many rude comments and Chris acting like we were a burden, we left the store.
My friend is stressed out enough with planning a wedding, and his attitude toward all of us was appalling and left the bride almost in tears. I don't know what his problem was but we're a young bridal party so maybe he thought we were in there to mess around. Regardless, he was EXTREMELY unprofessional and lost out on a potential sale. Don't go here if you wanted to be treated like you're an inconvenience!

Service is good, and inventory selection is what you would expect from a Jos. A Bank. Promotional pricing can be, at times, comical ( "Buy One, Get Five Free" schemes). Those looking for value will find comfort here
