I wish The doctor actually read these posts because based on my personal experience I can tell you his staff represented by his office manager, Linda is not offering "personalized attention in a friendly, courteous environment". She is lazy, rude and unwilling to do the bare minimum. Suggestion: Linda please retire. There are extremely well qualified people out there who would love to have your job. You sound very tired and fed up with customer service. Also you told me the office closes at 3 pm so you had to hang up. Please check the doctor's practice website. It says today you closed at 4pm. I know you are too tired to keep up with this part of customer service....good riddance...so glad I didn't waste my time making an appointment.
