Ordered a prime rib for Thanksgiving a week prior to the date I was going to pick it up. Picked it up on Tuesday as scheduled. It was double wrapped and placed in two clear plastic bags. Got it home and placed in the fridge opened it a few minutes ago and now I know why it was double wrapped and bagged...it is bad....the meat has a rancid smell and both the fat and mean have browned. What a waste of money...AVOID losing your money.
I have been coming here for a very long time and love Glenn and his personality, the personal service you get from him and Klaus, today I called and wanted to speak with Glenn and the blonde from Eyepopping tried helping me, yes Thank you but I asked to speak with him and he was helping a customer, oh wait he is in the cooler. I want wanted his service and she did everything I feel not to let me speak to him. I told her I felt she was trying to avoid letting me talk to him and she said "Whatever and I told her I would take my business elsewhere and she hung up. I have never had any issues with this place, other then she is not the friendliest but I just kept to myself there and did not go onto her side of the store. Very very disappointed.
