After meeting Noel for a consultation it became clear to me by the minute that he has a gift to train dogs. I inquired about his services to see if I could train my dog as a service dog. He presented me with paperwork to submit to my doctors. This will help with being in line with the ADA’s guidelines. Noel is very knowledgeable with organizations that help vets and people with disabilities.
