I often go here and always order a big meal but today I was just itching for something small and specific. This place has the most AMAZING summer rolls. I get mine with only veggies. Usually I get a lot more food and order extra sauce with no charge but today because I only ordered 1 thing they charged me $1. I didn't understand why they would charge me especially since it says no where that they charge for it and since they never charged me in the past but they did so I told them to keep the sauce out of principal.
Lastly , we always order between $60-$75 dollars worth of food online and just go to pick it up but I think we may have to review our receipts a bit better because they charged me more money than what was on the up to date online menu that you use to order your food. We literally used it 3 days ago and ordered the rolls along with a lot more food and did not think to even double check our receipt. So to be CLEAR- The at least 1 of the prices on the menu that is posted online for ONLINE ORDERING is incorrect so double check your prices when paying.
One more thing- It was clear that I was upset or at least disappointed and the manager never came out. He was made aware of the issue because the kind nice young lady working the cash register went to the back to double check and one would think they would honor the advertised price but that was not the case. I will more than likely go back to this place because the food is great but will be double checking my prices upon pick up because though I don't mind paying premium prices for great food, I do not want to be robbed while doing so whether it be one item at a dollar or 5 items at $0.50 a difference…. Moneys money!
