I usually don't write negative reviews but this place is the worst. Wife orders a ring online and it could only be delivered to store. She called, emailed and left instructions that me, her husband, would be by to pick it up. No problem. Brought 2 forms of ID only to be told it had to be her to pick it up. She works long hours which makes this very difficult. I asked if they just mail it to the address shown. Nope. All this hassle for a $35.00 ring. No sorry. No explanation. Just, "Store policy can't do it."
