Kobe Japanese Steakhouse

I have eaten here many times and love the food. I have always had a great experience however last night. The cleanliness of the dishes and grill was well below anything I have seen. We noticed a busboy scratching food off a plate with his fingernail to setup the table next to us. The grill at our spot still had food from the previous diners. My last 2 or 3 visits have been steadily declining in cleanliness and hospitality. I will go back as the food is great , but if the conditions do not improve it will be too disgusting to eat there.
