I placed a kitchen cabinet order on 11/13 and received damaged cabinets, partially assemble and missing parts on 12/20. As of today I still waiting for the missing parts and the damage door.. I only asked to have someone assemble the lazy Susan door that I paid to get assemble and the owner emailed me youtube video on how to assemble the cabinet after we spent over $6,000.00. I also requested a square kitchen sink and they cut the granite round and provided us with a round sink as well. NOT what I wanted .They do not offer any solution and take no responsibility HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its 02/08/2018 and I still dont have any of the toe kick for the kitchen and bathroom.
