Originally went to cocoa location looking for a sofa. Wasn’t impressed with my sales person because he was a newbie and I caught him giving me a bunch of wrong answers so I went to this location. Ordered a power foot rest & power headrests sofa five weeks ago & it just came in today with no power headrests. The manager and sales person (who is also a newbie) want to argue with me that I didn’t order the head rests & they don’t accept returns on special orders. My couch is nice but just for the simple fact lay z boy doesn’t accept returns unless it’s a floor model that they carry in stock, I would stay away from lay z boy.
