My daughter and I are celiac. We are always struggling to find food and not only that, but good food. It also has to be safely done. We thought we would try Larry's Giant Subs on our trip to Amelia Island. I let the young lady know that we needed gluten free and that it was allergy. She immediately told the ones that would be making our lunch and we saw gloves changes, areas wiped down and received assurance that it would be safe. I want to say, we were not disappointed. Not only was the bun fantastic for gluten free, but the ham was the best we have had. The ham and provolone comes highly recommended!!
