The sales person was awesome, however the cost to live within Legacy Trail is ridiculous, and the fee doesn't include amenities. The builder does pay a small subsidy but its just not worth it! Being almost sold out is great until you read the fine print. It's not worth it, no matter the name of the golf course is!
