Leisure American Vacation Rentals

I rented a town home from Leisure American Realty and it was a nightmare from the beginning. The townhome was in Sail Harbour. It was not cleaned when I moved in and it had fleas. I was told it would be fully cleaned before move in. The water pipes slowly leaked over time causing mold to form. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they sent over a person to spray bleach water on the walls. This didn't help at all. By the time I moved out one room's walls were completed covered in mold. This was my first place and I didn't know how things worked and these people took full advantage of someone who didn't know better. I hope not all real estate companies are like this. I have dealt with a few more since then with better results and have not had a worse experience than Liesure American.
