We had a wonderful experience with my family, Capt. Bill, and his gorgeous boat. We stayed in Key Biscayne and the concierge at the Ritz orchestrated the outing for us. We could not have been happier. He was extremely accommodating and kind. He let our 2 and 4 year old "drive the boat" which was a huge hit for them (and us). I cannot recommend him highly enough. It was a great experience.
