The Little Tooth Doctor

It is so sad but I have to agree, the reception team is possibly the WORST! The young male doctor is such a sweetheart, you can tell he loves his job (only reason they get 2 stars) and cares for his patients. Our insurance changed and I tried going back, one girl told me we were good to go and today another one tells me they don't accept my insurance company - go figure. The minute I got the nasty attitude on the phone as I am the one bothering them - I said NO MORE. There is also an older lady who schedules appointments who is so RUDE! Sorry to be so negative but an office that works with children should not be run like this. Hope this helps, good luck.
