These guys are excellent if you can get the service department to return the calls.... It pains me to take some stars if you will, but wow.. It is a virtual impossibility to get a call back from these guys! Have been leaving messages, voicemails, hand delivered notes even since Thursday.. Almost a week, with no consideration of a callback. I'd expect this from a Ford dealer....
