Lowe's Home Improvement

It is now 2 pm, I have called this store which is far from my home but the closest to me ALL DAY to ask if tgey have the Weber grill I want so I can drive over and pick it up. I either get my call picked up and I can literally gear them hang up the receiver on me, or pickup and placed on hold forever without even saying hello. For all the talk of Lowes being a higher end business compared to HD, HD slaps them up when it comes to customer service which is why even if I have to wait for it to ship my business is going to them.
