I go right past home Depot on my way to Lowe's. They have always been my go to store but lately not so much. One of the reasons I go to Lowes is because of their service has always been a step above their competitors. But lately it's been pretty lacking. I stood at the customer service desk for 10 minutes there was one employee waiting on customers. There were two other employees standing behind a computer terminal ignoring everybody in line. Nobody acknowledged us and said we'll be right with you. A gentleman who looked like he might have been some kind of manager walked by and he didn't take notice of everyone standing in line. He just walked back into the office area. Sorry to say but I guess I will give Home Depot another try.
