I have reconsidered my previous review and feel that they are really trying to do a good job. A great way to take care of messy tickets without having to spend time in a classroom. The website is fast, and has many options. Be sure to read everything carefully before proceeding. They have proven to me that they want customers to be satisfied and that is important.
