Maple Street Biscuit Company

Fleming Island location opened strong, but have steadily gone down hill in terms of service and overall experience. Pretty typical once the original strong staff move on and leadership becomes complacent. We placed a good sized order on the morning of March 22nd around 11:30. Now I know that this is a “breakfast” place, but why stay open until 2:00pm if you’re going to run out of everything before noon?!? Every coffee pot was empty, 2 of our 3 orders of the “flip flop” had no sausage balls because they ran out. They gave us 2 of the 3 maple street lattes that we ordered and “missed” the third. We had a second (take-away) order about 35 minutes later of a iced biscuit and another latte to go. Again, no latte made. Had to go up and hassle with the cashier to pull up the transaction to prove that I DID in fact pay for the damn thing and SHE was the screw up who messed it up. Overall just a cruddy experience that visit. Not worth the headache.
