Marco Escapes - Marco Island Vacation Rentals

We tried renting a house through Jason and Marco Escapes in April 2018. I sent inquires on several properties that we were interested in. I also called their listed number to try to get more information on the homes and book a reservation. No one ever answered the phone. I called at least 4 times a day for 2-3 days. It took Jason 5 days to get back to me via email through TripAdvisor. Terrible customer service. I can only imagine what kind of service we would have gotten if we had actually rented one of Marco Escapes properties.
