Only come here if you are planning on buying immediately. Explained when we arrived that we were just starting the looking process for a new king size mattress. The salesman took time to walk us around and try or the different models because we had no idea what we wanted. Looked at a mattress priced at $3,900 and he said he could call a store that was closing and get a better deal. He calls his manager who authorized a discounted price. (Which was a good price for that unit if we paid cash). However, when I said I wanted to look up reviews on that mattress, and that I would have to go home to get the 3 grand he became upset - saying "so you are not serious about buying? ...I called my boss to get you that deal." I said "I don't carry that much money around with me, and of course I'm going to look up reviews on a product when I'm paying $3,000" (I would hope anyone would - it's quite a bit of money and something I'm going to sleep on every night for the next 8 years. )
