My experience at this store was a very pleasant one. My husband and I went looking for an adjustable bed for his neck and back condition. Lenore was very considerate of our needs and budget. I liked her sales approach. She had us try a few beds and once she found out our comfort needs and what we wanted she showed us everything that fell within our budget. I appreciated that she listened to us and didn't try and push us towards something we didn't need or want. She took her time to explain each product thoroughly, as well as the warranty and policy. This was a very expensive purchase for us and it was nice to work with a sales agent who was respectful and knowledgeable. We walked into this store to just browse and ended up making a purchase that very same visit because of her. My husband has a very serious neck injury which causes him a lot of pain and discomfort. This bed has been wonderful and my husband has been sleeping so much better since we purchased it. I would highly recommend shopping here and working with Lenore. We purchased the Sealy Copper 11 with the adjustable base and are very happy with it. We got the free pillows with the sale which was great. I get very anxious when making expensive purchases and it was nice to work with someone who didn't rush or push you into a sale. I would definitely go back for future purchases.
