McDonald's

Ordered meal at 9:35 at the kiosk. Employee brought my meal to my table at 9:57. In those 22 minutes, I saw 10-15 people walk in, order at the counter, get their orders and leave. Saw probably as many cars go through the drive thru. While I appreciate the cold apple pie they gave me for the wait, what's the point of a kiosk if you're going to wait over 20 minutes for a simple fast food meal?
