McDonald's

This McDonald's gets our order wrong 100% of the time. That is NOT an exaggeration. Food is always missing. Just tried ordering with online app. Took longer and guess what? They got it wrong again. The fries were old, meat was dry and the buns hard. Called about missing food and they take your name and number instead of refunding on the app. It's really easy to take the money with the app but seems to be real hard to put it back. Only thing good is that many (but not all) of the people that work there are very nice. Calling is useless. I don't want a free burger. I just want my food correct. UPDATE: 5/17/2018. Just went there again...still got my order wrong...100% to go...NOT!!! This place is sooo bad.
