Service was poor from start to finish. The manager took our order and NOT ONCE smiled or even acknowledged the fact there was a family in front of him placing their order. Absolutely ZERO customer service skills. Nobody behind the counter was smiling and if you smiled at them they acted as if they didn't even see you. We ordered a happy meal and our child is CLEARLY a girl yet they give her a toy for a boy.
The play area..... Disgusting. There were a few randomly scattered tables, most of which were broken and it reeked of mold. Trash and food on the floor and a bunch of chairs, 15 to be exact, piled up at the entrance behind the door. Had to keep our food covered due to flies.
Just incredibly disappointing for McDonald's across the board.....
