We waited 35 minutes for our food. Our order did not go through the computer system and we did not know because we were forced to use the touchscreen to order, and it's garbage. You need to properly staff your location right off 75, never coming back here.
I went in 4/6/2018 at 4:00 am and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels. Only person there. Got home. Burnt to a crisp. Inedible. I go back requesting new bagels and to speak to the manager so I could advise that whoever was cooking, allowed food to leave like that so she could address the issue to avoid further complaints. The issue was identified immediately when she said that the toaster was set too high, where I advised that someone still saw that they were burnt and still allowed it to be given to a customer. She made about 5 more excuses before she agreed to remake the food, while telling me to hurry up, she needed to get home to her daughter then slammed the window behind her. Unbelievable. I understand the hourly wage isn’t very high there however, you’re a manager and should remain professional especially when a customer is addressed an error with the food they purchased. I did not burn my own bagel, don’t tell me you do not have time to address an error made by one of your employees. We all have lives outside of work.
