I purchased a Queen Size mattress set on 19-Nov-13 On the 20TH they messed up and delivered a Full size mattress. Long story short I ended up wasting a whole day waiting on the right set to be delivered. I asked the nice lady at the store if my delivery fee would be refunded for my inconvenience and the owner (Adam?) said NO. I guess my time has no value to him. The owner is an incompetent business man among other words I cannot write on here. If it wasn't for his employees I would have canceled the whole transaction. I can assure the glorious owner of McKinnon I will furnish the rest of my house elsewhere. Your employees are your greatest asset, not your leadership (or should I say lack of leadership abilities) You blew thousands of more dollars of sales for 40.00. What school did you go too??
