Meadows Dog Park

It's the most dirtiest dog park I've seen. There's no shade, there's no grass.Every time it rains you have to walk thru mud and if someone washes their dog the water runs off into the small dog area and makes mud. And my dogs get fleas every time we go there. Also there's a lot of shady people that go there. They go down by the river to smoke their pot , which we can smell at the dog park. Younger adults have threatened to turn their pitbulls on our small dogs. Police were called but after 10 minutes they called back and said they couldn't make it.(like they really care.) I think the city should be ashamed of themselves.
